Pirate Day

On the last day of Term 1 the classes in the Kotuku team had a pirate dress up day.
Everyone joined in and looked amazing with all their different costumes and outfits.
We started the day by showing the other pirate crews how fierce we looked and then luckily the weather cleared and we went outside to complete a treasure hunt in groups of 3. We have been learning this term about working successfully in a team so this was a great activity to show how well we could work.
After morning tea we were back out side to participate in a round of activities working with children from different classes in the Kotuku team. It was great fun and a successful day.
